We train in various martial arts in a family like atmosphere. The basis of our training is Kajukenbo, which consists of Tang Soo Do, Judo, Jujitsu, Kenpo and Chinese Boxing. We have also incorporated Shotokan, Wado Ryu, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, and Chi Kung. |

We train at Manana Community Park, which is Mauka from the Pearl City Police Station at 1310 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, HI 96782. Classes are held on Tuesday evenings from 8:00pm to 9:30pm and also on Saturday afternoons from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. First class is free. No need to call, just come, wear something to work out in and leave your ego at home. |
